Her Story

Adriuana and her husband had a falling out and he left their family.  Her and her 5 children been approved for housing she can afford. However, she is in need funds for the security deposit for the apartment of $240.00 and past due utility bill that is $670.26.

Where did you grow up and what did you like about your home town?

I grew up in Tallahassee, and I love that my family is here. I love the warm weather I also love the many vacation areas in the state. I appreciate the church I attend and the congregation, and my mother attend also.

Do you have any brothers or sisters?

I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters that are very loving, fun, caring and great to be around. I have children, 4 boys and 1 girl ranging from ages 3 to 12.

Do you have any goals you would like to achieve in the short term, long term, or both?

Short term I would like to go back to school and complete my AA degree. And long term, I would love to open up my own childcare center.

What is your most treasured memory?

It would be having my 1st born. His name is Ramari Wiley. He was at 7lbs 5oz, born November 14th 2006.The experience of having the 1st child and seeing the face of the little new was great. My family was there to support me all the way.

What is your greatest accomplishment in life?

Getting my A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education. I started out in 2008 and that was interrupted by having children and I completed in August 2015. It was a great experience because I finally finished after 7 years. I was the 1st to graduate from college in my family.
